Tallman Research and Educational Development (TRED) offers consultative work in the growth of both teachers and students and implementing best practices on the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learner-centered instruction. We promote excellence in all areas of education. We support and conduct research on the scholarship of teaching and learning and advocate for a climate of inclusion, equity and diversity. We are committed to educating the whole person through effective, innovative, and transformative instruction by providing assistance to all those who interact with children in the educational setting. We are well versed in educational programs/projects at both the state and local levels, and in the development, implementation, and evaluation of all educational programs/projects. Our work involves assisting in the design and implementation of instructional strategies based on current methodologies; advising and evaluating on the use of curriculum and instructional materials; developing measures and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the educational programs and policies, and the subsequent assessment of strategy effectiveness.
